Join Olivia and other runners in the Boston area for the perfect yoga series to pair with your training. Whether you’re gearing up to run a marathon or just looking for a structured time to stretch and flow, this class is for you!

Each class will have a particular focus in the body, paired with intentional breathwork and meditation. Students will learn to connect with their bodies in new ways, developing physical, mental and spiritual resiliency to support the marathon journey.

While this class is focused on supporting holistic marathon training, Olivia welcomes all levels of runners – and all humans, for that matter – to come take part in the series.

This class is available for live-streaming, and replays will be available if you miss a session.

As a Boston College Track Team Yoga Instructor and a marathoner training for Boston ‘24, Olivia has a repertoire of yoga, breath work and meditation tools that she hopes to share with the running community. Olivia is a certified Yoga Instructor, has run three marathons, and has felt the benefits of incorporating yoga into training for each one.
