Short on time? Get a complete vinyasa class in 30 minutes including warm up, flow, and cool down! Get a perfect bite of your favorite vinyasa class. Expect to move through poses at breath pace and build towards a peak.

This flow will encourage you to focus on the breath and the process as we build movement practice from the ground up. It will incorporate balance and strength based shapes that will energize body and mind.
